Our symbols are based on specific information (our stock, supplier stock, other customers who ordered this, date given by our supplier). 

Our symbols are based on statistical availability as the corresponding supplier can not announce stock information to us (no dealer web shop). Therefore the date information might be far off. For example if the supplier has anounced the product before he has enough merchandise to deliver. We do recommend placing the order and if it takes much more time to deliver than expected, send us a cancellation request for that article. Therefore if you need such a product in a very short time or if you buy multiple products depending on each other, please place your cart as inquiry (expert options on the last page when ordering) instead of an order and we will investigate for you.

All availability information given by our site is on a best case and best knoledge base and says when the product is ready to ship. There might be addional delays for order handling and payment delays. Placing the order in the afternoon or later might add an additional delay. For a good part of our products we do have very reliable daily updated stock and avilability information. Usually those with a checkmark in the icon. If we do receive delay or availability information for orders in progress from our suppliers, this information is automatically calculated into the availability date for new orders and on all product information pages. If a supplier does not have electronical stock information, we do assume he has everything on stock unless we know better from orders in progress. These are the availability icons without checkmark.

We can not give you better availability information by phone! You might call our supplier by yourself and ask him directly if you want. Another solution would be placing an Inquiry on our site (like placing an order except pressing another button at the end of the order process). This inquiry will be forwarded to the corresponding supplier by email and the response will be filled into your inquiry. You can also just order the product and if the previsioned delivery date is one month later than initially expected, send us a cancellation request.

We are never doing option deals. Our suppliers can not give us guaranteed delivery dates therefore it would not be honest to claim they were guaranteed in the knowledge that there is no liability from the dealer side if the delivery date can not be met. This problem applies to all dealers and distributors for mass merchandise. If you need the merchandise on a specific date, please check out the table from above and consider wheter the remaining risk of delay is acceptable to you. In contrast to some competing companies we think that we are more honest about delivery date information. Out of ten thousands of products, we do only carry a few hundreds on stock. This is clearly shown on our in. A lot of competitiors are saying they have everything in stock. In case of delays, our system is request a new delivery date from our suppliers automatically that will be forwarded to you immediately. This way we want to save you the pain of contacting us when a certain date has passed. Delivery date information from suppliers having an electronic backlog will be scanned for updates every five minutes and forwarded to you. This proactive information policy will tend to an increased amount of delays but the sum of the real delay will stay the same.

We can not reserve anything without an order in our webshop. Our webshop is keeping stock of everything and orders are assigned on a first in first out base. Articles put aside can not be handled therefore. If you want to pick up some goods, please order them in our webshop using "pick up in our store" and "cash payment". You might call us after this so we can process your order immediately and assign the stock for you. You will receive a "Pickup Reminder" email if and when everything is on stock (although you can do partial pickups of course).
