Payment methods

Cash
Cash, Postcard, CH EC/Maestro payment when picking up our goods in our store.

Money in advance (wire transfer)
Swiss customer: please use the orange payment slip or as secondary solution direct accoun transfer; both links are available in the payment section in the top right corner. Foreign country customers: Please issue a wire transfer.

Cost on delivery
Cost on delivery. Only possible in Switzerland. Only for deliveries containing one parcel. You have to select 'Cost on delivery' as shipping method as well.

Invoice
Please call us and ask for this. Usually only after the second purchase. Only for swiss customers. A 5% risk charge applies.

Credit Card
Payment by credit card. We might ask for a written permissen. You will be asked to enter your credit card details after submitting the order which will result in a reservation on your card (not payment). You will be charged when we ship the goods. We will receive your money about two months after charging you. A 5% charge for fees and risk applies.

Information for CH/LI customers

Freight: Freight is calculated on estimated product weight. Please contact us by phone, email or chat and we will correct it.

Pickup: Requested by a lot of customers, of course we do offer this. Suggested in conjunction with cash (Maestro/Postcart as well) payment.

Installation/Home delivery: We have put in charges for every swiss zip code. An additional work hour is CHF 150. We do have professionals for IT, consumer electronics, satellite installations and household.

What shipping method should I take? Usually PostPac Priority Signature. Without Signature nobody is liable if lost.

Letter / Envelope: Even though the product weight would qualify for this shipping method, please select PostPac instead if you can assume the product including documentation and packaging being bigger than A5 or thicker than 4cm.

DPD: if you prefer a private courier. DPD is sending Satellite dishes up to 85cm without surcharge.

Bulky Goods: For merchandise with packaging greater than 60cm x 60cm x 100cm and lighter than 30kg. Examples: Satellite dishes greater than 45cm, TV's above 30 inch, canvas up to 2m20 or glass.

Camion: For goods above 30kg, TV's from 37inch, orders with many articles.

Cost on delivery: is only visible and can only be chosen therefore if the delivery is within switzerland, consists of only one parcel, is not oversized and below 30kg.

Important: Freight can not always be calculated correctly in advance. We do reserve the right to change shipping weight, price or method within the sales contract if required.
