Small order fee and supplier freight calculation

If the order total is below CHF 100 plus VAT and we have to call in articels from an external warhouse / supplier, we do charge CHF 2 plus VAT.

Supplier freight
- If our supplier is sending us the merchandise with no freight charged, we do not charge you that amount as small order fee.
- If the supplier is charging us and the value of the products in need of backordering from that supplier is below CHF 300 plus VAT, that fee will be charged once as small order fee. 
- If the supplier is charging us and the value of the products in need of backordering from that supplier is above CHF 300 plus VAT, we do cover that charge.

Why
Unfortuantely not all of our suppliers do send us their merchandise without charging (excessive) amount of freight. We are sorry for this but we can not change this. For those suppliers we order from at a high frequency, we can distribute or hide the cost. For others we have to charge it seperately in form of a small order fee. This fee can not be avoided by picking up the merchandise in our store. Only by buying more merchandise from the same of our supplier.
